INSTAAMOR · INFORMATION

Your information, explained.

This page describes InstaAmor's web version. Data entered in the members area is sent to the account and data service used by the app, MongoDB Atlas.

Data we use

Depending on your use, the service processes your email, sign-in data, profile information, photos, preferences, interests, matches, messages and reports. Forms may request birth date, city, country and personal information such as family circumstances or beliefs. Do not provide sensitive information you do not want to share.

Location depends on permission in your browser, which you may refuse. If you sign in with Google, that provider processes sign-in under its own rules and shares authorized data with the authentication service.

Why we use this information

Information is used to manage your account, display your profile, suggest profiles, support matches and messages, and handle reports. This version does not use it for targeted ads. For orders, references, amounts, currencies, payment methods and status are stored to track payment and access duration. Your private notebook stores notes and favourites you choose to save. PayPal handles payment data in its own environment; the site does not ask for your PayPal password or card number.

Visibility and providers

Profile information is intended for other members. If you explicitly enable “Show my profile on the home page”, your first name, age, city and first photo become public without an account. This is off by default. You can turn it off in your profile: this removes you from new showcase responses but cannot guarantee removal of third-party copies or caches. Photos go through the server and follow access rights. Public visibility makes your first photo available without an account. Do not upload confidential documents or intimate photos. Messages are not represented as end-to-end encrypted.

Hosting, authentication and storage providers help operate the service. The version hosted on ChatGPT Sites also uses its access control. External services, including support links, follow their own policies.

Local storage and advertising

The members area uses an HttpOnly session cookie and local storage for some interface preferences. This version loads no AdSense scripts or advertising analytics. Your browser may limit or erase local storage, which can sign you out.

If Google ads are enabled later, this policy must explain their use. Google and partners may then use cookies, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve and measure ads, subject to applicable choices and obligations. You can read how Google uses data from partner sites.

Managing your data

You can edit your profile in the members area and request deletion in Settings. If deletion fails, use support. Clearing browser storage does not delete service data. For access, correction or deletion requests, use the contact methods on the Contact page, without sending your password.

Retention periods, backup handling and the controller's identifying information must be confirmed by the operator before public launch. For questions, write to info@instaamor.space.
